If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Simple as that. We are online shoppers too and would expect the same simple return policy that does not confuse or frustrate us.

We too love temporary tattoos and only offer designs that we love and use ourselves, so we are confident that customers will fall in love with our beautifully designed Terra Tattoos just as we have! 

No Questions Asked Return Policy

In case you're wondering what exact we mean by no questions asked, below is a list of acceptable reasons to make a return. 

  • You changed your mind about the designs
  • Your package was left at your door and got rained on
  • You were at Coachella and the wind blew away half of the sheets
  • The product was not what you expected for any reason
  • You decided you like another set of Terra Tattoos better
  • You accidentally smeared makeup on it
  • Your dog ate it

Steps to Make a Return

While it makes us really sad that you were not fully satisfied with your purchase, we want to make your return as smooth as possible. At the end of the day, your 100% happiness is what we strive for. 

  1. Email returns@terratattoos.com to get an RMA number - Please email us your order number so we can verify the purchase was made on TerraTattoos.com. If a purchase was made outside of TerraTattoos.com, we are not able to guarantee the quality or condition of our products. Also, we will need to confirm that the item(s) being returned were purchased in the last 30 days. Our return policy is very generous, but please note that after 30 days all sales are final. 
  2. Repackage your return and include the original receipt - Every order is shipped with a receipt included in the package. Please write the RMA number on the original receipt and make sure to include it in the box with your item(s) to be returned. 
  3. Ship the package back to Terra Tattoos via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to:

Please note that TerraTattoos.com will not be responsible for return shipping costs or lost shipments, so we highly advise you to use a shipping carrier with tracking and/or delivery insurance.

Charges and Credits

Shipping Charges - Customers are responsible for any costs associated with shipping returns back to Terra Tattoos. However, we will refund you 100% of what you paid us, including the original shipping charges. 

Refund - There are no restocking fees for purchases made at TerraTattoos.com. A full refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account originally during checkout. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item(s) were damaged during shipping, there are missing or incorrect items, please email returns@terratattoos.com within 7 days for us to correct the issue. We are unable to process claims after the 7-day window. 

In your email, please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and a photograph of the issue to assist us in processing the claim. Once processed, we will provide further instructions on sending item(s) back to us, so we can send you your replacement.
